The Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary is an international association of the Catholic faithful established to “praise and honor the Blessed Virgin Mary and to secure her patronage by the recitation of the Rosary.” In our parish, the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary was established under the name of Rosary Altar Society of St. Pius X
The main mission of this society is:

  • To honor our Blessed Mother and to promote devotion to the Rosary and regular reception of the Holy Eucharist in corporate communion on the first Saturday of each month when available.
  • To encourage a spirit of friendliness and cooperation among its members.
  • To provide ways and means of raising money for projects initiated by the Society and to assist in major Parish activities.

As Mary lovingly tended the Holy Family's home in Nazareth, members of our group also regularly undertake the cleaning and decoration of the altar and sanctuary as well as the laundering of the altar linens. The money we raise through various fundraisers throughout the year often goes to purchase things for the parish that benefits every parishioner, either directly or indirectly. We are a group of women who support one another in time of need.  We all have one thing in common and that is our love for our Blessed Mother and our Church and a willing heart to assist when and where we are needed.

Please join us for a spiritually enriching experience.  All women of our parish are welcomed to join our Rosary Altar Society.  You will not be disappointed.  It is such a special way to honor our Blessed Mother.  You are always welcome to attend our monthly meetings.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month from September to June. We begin with a recitation of the Rosary in the church at 6:00 p.m. followed by our business meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room. Check the Weekly Bulletins for actual dates.
